Our Solution
Tyrell Chemical offers a wide range of perfluorinated thermal transfer fluids that are chemically identical to other manufacturers. We currently work with leading semiconductor manufacturers to modify their processes to utilize our products. With that same knowledge and expertise, Tyrell Chemical is able to assist various industries to achieve supply chain diversity or replace manufacturers unable to deliver essential chemicals.
In North America, Tyrell Chemical has established a supply chain with local warehousing and logistics. In addition to our Miami and Dallas warehouses, we are currently nearing completion of warehousing and logistics in Phoenix and Portland.
For long-term supply agreements, Tyrell Chemical is able to deliver to any entry point in the United States via air or sea freight. Be it from our various warehouses or directly from our facility, Tyrell Chemical is able to deliver guaranteed supply where you need it, when you need it, how you need it.
Our Thermal Transfer Fluids
We offer three distinct lines of high-performance thermal transfer fluids.
HT Heat Transfer Fluids
Inert, dielectric perfluoropolyether heat transfer (PFPE) fluids offering high-performance stability in extreme temperature ranges. Boiling point temperatures range from 55˚C to 270˚C with an end use temperature of 290˚C.
HTN Heat Transfer Fluids
An alternative to perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), hydrofluoroethers (HFEs) have a low global warming potential. Nonflammable, dielectric, and inert. Boiling points range from 34˚C to 165˚C.
HTF Heat Transfer Fluids
Inert, dielectric perfluorocarbon (PFC) heat transfer fluid with outstanding dielectric strength. Wide boiling and pour point ranges, along with low viscosity and a narrow toxicity profile, allow for an expansive range of uses. Nonflammable, nonconductive, and non-corrosive.
Mission Statement
Tyrell Chemical aims to provide high quality chemicals for specialized manufacturing applications. We are committed to quality control management and environmentally safe practices and aim to provide targeted solutions that sustain and diversify thermal transfer fluid supply chains.
