HT Heat Transfer Fluids
Chemically and thermally stable perfluoropolyether (PFPE) heat transfer fluids designed to perform in extreme operating conditions. Our HT products are inert and dielectric with boiling points ranging from 55 ̊C to 270 ̊C with an end use temperature of up to 290 ̊C.
Application Areas
- Chemical manufacturing
- Compute cooling
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Recirculating chillers
- Transformer cooling
- Semiconductor manufacturing
- Vapor phase heating
Properties and Usage Benefits
- Boiling points up to 270 ̊C along with low pour points and viscosity allow for reduced evaporation losses.
- No toxicity, flammability, or explosion hazards.
- No flash, fire, or auto-ignition points for enhanced safety at extreme temperatures.
- Wide material compatibility with no corrosion, degradation or decomposition residues.
- Wide range of temperature grades to optimize thermal transfer and performance.
Material Compatibility
Metals: Copper, brass, iron, nickel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and AISI 316.
Plastics: Polycarbonate, polypropylene, ABS copolymer, polyphenyloxide, PE low density, PET, POM, PTFE, PVC, PMMA.
Elastomers: Natural rubber, silicone rubber, butyl rubber, fluorisilicone, NRB, and EPDM.
*Safe with hydrocarbon-based plasticizers to allow for compatibility with almost all seals and gaskets
Safety Profile
Worker safety is one of our main concerns. HT fluids are safe to handle as they are inert, non-corrosive, nonflammable, and nontoxic. HT fluids possess no flash, fire, or auto-ignition points.
